• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 13 weeks 
• Shift: 5x8 Days 8am-5pm, weekdays, some weekends (every 3rd weekend), no call
  *Facility will consider 4x10's if requested

Role Description
This is a contract on-site role for a  Home Health RN.  The Home Health RN should expect primarily routine/follow up visits.  Qualifications 

• BLS required via American Heart Association
• RN License 
• Immunization Record / Current TB
• EMR: Matrix (exp preferred, not required)
• 1 yr exp. 
• Caring, Empathy, Attention to detail, Problem solver, Stamina, Patient advocate, willingness to learn, critical thinking skills, time management, sense of humor, professional.
