Role Summary: As a crucial member of our Human Resources team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support, playing a key role in recruitment, onboarding, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance. Responsibilities: Support recruitment and onboarding, ensuring a smooth and welcoming process for new hires. Manage various background checks and maintain up-to-date personnel records with a keen eye for detail. Assist in coordinating job fairs and staff events, enhancing our community engagement and team spirit. Handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism, ensuring data integrity and compliance with all relevant regulations. Contribute to the development of a positive organizational culture through effective communication and relationship-building. Administrative Duties: Efficiently process paperwork related to new hires, changes in employment, and other HR functions. Maintain accurate records and assist in audits to ensure compliance and data accuracy. Provide timely and professional communication across all levels of the organization. Community and Communication: Forge and maintain relationships with educational institutions and other recruitment sources. Ensure professional communication, both verbally and in writing, and respond promptly to inquiries and requests. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 1 year of administrative experience in Human Resources or a related area preferred. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS systems (experience with ADP Work Force Now is a plus).
