Human Resources Representative and Billing Liaison

Cascades at Orchard Park (in Orem, UT) is hiring a full-time, dual role, of "Human Resources Specialist / Billing Liaison".

What are we looking for in this position?

• Demonstrable business office / collections experience
• Experience with accounts payable and receivable
• Understanding of healthcare insurance (Medicare, Medicaid, HMO, Hospice)
• Previous human resources or customer service experience
• High School diploma or equivalent is required
• Ability to read, speak, and understand English is required

What are some of the job duties required for this position?

• Provide on-site HR support to employees, including: work-related injuries, workers comp, training, disciplinary actions, orientation for new employees
• Maintaining an accurate data base of employee lists, correcting missed clock in/out punches, reviewing PTO requests, and signing off on clock accuracy for payroll
• Assist employees with insurance benefits, distributing booklets, enrolling in benefits, answer basic questions, etc..
• Hiring / Termination processes
• Collections: Private payment collections, co-payment collections, payments from residents, and share of cost collections
• Setting up payment plans
• Ensuring a smooth process as new employees / residents join our team and any relevant information is confirmed
