Industry Product Analyst, Healthcare

This position serves as an industry SME to help design Workforce Management solutions targeted at solving healthcare clients’ Critical Business Issues. 

Assists with resolution of technical client issues for all ADP products/services supported.

The position assists with implementation solution design, problem identification, application & system analysis, innovating solutions to highly complex client issues and promoting solutions. 

Provides feedback and recommendations to Sales & Development.

Requirements:

• 3+ Years of experience with implementing Enterprise E-Time or Workforce Manager or other HCM applications.
• 3+ experience leading client calls and Webex chat/Video
• 3+ years experience utilizing Excel (design documents/training guides, spreadsheets
• Experience with labor standards & labor forecasting in an enterprise HCM/TIME solution preferred.
• A healthcare background in Scheduling Management or Finance where you demonstrated leadership qualities necessary 

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is $75,600.00 – $202,590.00 / Year
