Job Location: Honolulu, HI, US
Job Type: Onsite
(Day shift, 8a-4:30p Must work at least 3 shifts per month. Needed weekdays and weekends)  Required Skills:  

• Masters degree in social work.
• Licensed Social Worker (Hawaii) OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Hawaii)
• Basic Life Support required at hire from American Heart Association
• Healthcare experience working with medical diagnoses.
• Demonstrated ability in networking with community agencies.
• one (1) year social work experience in hospital, medical setting, home health, etc. 
• Experience with advanced care directives. 
• Experience in insurance referrals.
