Position Summary:

General Internal Medicine Faculty: Internal Medicine/Primary Care Providers
The Division of General Internal Medicine, within the Department of Medicine at Rutgers NewJersey Medical School seeks qualified candidates at the Assistant/Associate Professor level, inthe areas of Inpatient teaching service and Outpatient Primary Care. The Division is interestedin individuals that are self-motivated, passionate, and committed to achieving high quality clinicalcare and academic excellence.
The Division includes the Sections of Med- Peds and Primary Care, and participates in theinpatient and outpatient education of medical students and residents. Our goal is to strengthenand expand our transitions of care processes and primary care reach, while maintaining a strongeducational core and an unwavering dedication to the health and wellness of the community.

Minimum Education and Experience:

The successful candidates must have demonstrated the ability to work within a healthcare team and collaborate to achieve clinical care goals. Candidates with interest in and experience with chronic care models and care coordination of complex patients in various settings will receive priority consideration.
