Job Description - Lead, IT Disaster Recovery

The Lead, IT Disaster Recovery role is focused on managing several key aspects of the disaster recovery program including process governance, program documentation, data management and evolving the DR management system. Candidate must have extensive experience with data management including modeling, analysis, metrics, and reporting. Experience with ServiceNow is required, product ownership experience is a plus. DR Program management experience related to governance, process, and documentation management is required.

In addition, Lead will partner with developers and product owners from ServiceNow, RSA , PowerBI and other teams in support of DR Program data and as Product Owner of the DR management system. Ability to represent and negotiate on behalf of the DR Team is required. Demonstrated experience in planning and delivering upon a development roadmap.

+ Candidate may be involved in the evaluation and selection of vendors related to the delivery of disaster recovery and systems that support delivery of disaster recovery.

+ Candidate influences program strategy, development of goals and annual planning.

+ Candidate exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determines/recommends the best course of action.

+ Able to work successfully as a member of a leader team through collaboration and support.

+ Proven ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external resources.

+ Manages priorities in a fast-paced environment using discernment, organization, time and objectives management.

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills; capable to report progress, status and other pertinent information to partners and leaders

+ Advanced skills in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint) with an ability to produce professional documents

+ Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision

+ Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determines best course of action

+ Limited travel required (no more than 20%)

Required Qualifications

+ 5 years disaster recovery experience

+ 5 years data management experience

+ 3 years of leadership experience

+ Experience with ServiceNow, PowerBI

+ Experience with process and quality management

+ Ability to manage detailed data analysis

+ Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

Preferred Qualifications

+ Agile experience

+ Expert level Excel skills

+ Excellent oral and written communication & presentation skills

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$104,800 – $144,300 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
