Licensed Massage Therapist

We’re looking for an experienced massage therapist to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is well-versed in different types of massage and massage techniques, and is attentive to each client’s needs and physical condition. This is a W-2 position with an hourly salary depending on your rebooking rate and the number of panels of insurance you are under Responsibilities:

• Offer general wellness maintenance advice to clients such as stretching and strengthening techniques
• Ensure client needs are met safely using the therapeutic massage technique that corresponds with their needs
• Keep track of client treatment records and plans and monitor improvement
• Make sure the massage table and products to be used on the client’s skin are ready before every appointment
• Recommend additional products or services that may benefit the client

Qualifications:

• Completion of a massage therapy program preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have worked as a massage therapist in a professional setting for at least one year
• Proficiency in therapeutic massage techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, and reflexology
• Must be excellent at communication and interpersonal relationships
• Licensure if required by state and local law
• Ideally, candidates have been paneled with major health Insurances
