ResponsibilitiesThe Manager, Acute Care is responsible for managing a department (Cardiac Cath Lab and EP Lab) that supports operations in an acute care or hospital-based setting on a 24-hour, 7 day a week basis. This job provides overall leadership for and direction of the day-to-day operations, departmental programs, and support initiatives at the organizational level as applicable.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in related field is required. Five years of relevant clinical experience and three years of increasingly responsible supervisory experience is also required. In addition, the person in this role has excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as an understanding of budgets and financial planning.
A Master’s degree MSN, MHA, MBA or other related healthcare field, is preferred.
