Medical assistant

Hiring Medical assistant to start immediately !!! Job Description:

• PORT CHARLOTTE Looking for a medical assistant who is comfortable working in a fast paced oncology center.
• This clinic sees between 380-420 patients per day, they have 6 MAs in the clinic and 2 that run the lab.
• They are looking for a candidate with some type of experience in healthcare or an MA certificate and would prefer them to have blood draw experience but if not they can teach them how to do it.
• They do not mind training so will accept a candidate who is green with a certificate.
• One step interview that includes questions and then shadowing, they need to wear scrubs if they have them or business casual attire.
  

Skills: Patient care, phlebotomy, medical assisting, customer service skills, room patient, Medical, emr, customer service, health care, medical terminology, bls, blood pressure, blood draw, phlebotomy certification, butterfly, venipuncture Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• 6 months experience
• Looking for candidates that have long term goals with FL Cancer
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work in teams
