Medical Biller (MUST HAVE HOSPICE AND HOME HEALTH EXPERIENCE). We are a Home Health & Hospice company looking for a Medical Billing Specialist to support the billing supervisor. Duties Include:  

• Keying RAPS.
• Cancellations and EOE's.
• Follow Up with NGS and various Medi-Cal Managed Care Plans.
• Preparing ADRs as needed TAR entry.
• Posting Payments, as well as other duties as assigned (working closely with the intake department on pre-authorizations, and assisting with the setup and review of patient profiles).

Requirements:

• Must have Direct Data Entry (DDE) experience billing. If you do not have this experience please DO NOT APPLY.
• Must be detail-oriented, professional, resourceful, skilled in time management, and have excellent prioritizing skills.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Strong Analytic and problem-solving skills.
• High level of initiative and the ability to make sound decisions independently about the Job.

Pay is dependent upon experience. Schedule:

• Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• 1-year related work experience is required, experience specific to Home Healthcare preferred.
