Job Description: As a Medical Technologist, you will be an integral part of our healthcare team, responsible for performing a variety of complex testing and procedures with precision and accuracy. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting chemical, hematological, immunologic, microscopic, and bacteriological tests to provide data for use in treating and diagnosing diseases.
• Operating and maintaining sophisticated instruments and equipment to perform test analyses.
• Ensuring the laboratory complies with regulatory requirements and maintaining quality control practices.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to interpret test results, develop appropriate testing protocols, and implement new techniques.
• Monitoring test results, reporting any abnormalities, and maintaining detailed records of procedures and outcomes.
  

Education & Certification Requirements: To qualify for this position, you should have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
• Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) by the ASCP or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a medical laboratory setting is preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
