Are you a Certified (ASCP) Medical Laboratory Technician with phlebotomy and Blood Bank experience ? If so Spectrum Healthcare resources is looking for you! We have a Full-time opening at Wright Patterson AFB east of Dayton, OH.

 

Position Requirements:

• Education from a Medical Lab Tech training program accredited by the NAACLS or the ABHES
• Certification as a Medical Lab tech by the American Society of Clinical Pathologist or American Medical Technologist or state licensure as a medical lab tech
• BLS
• Current immunization record

Job Tasks: Location-Donor Center

• Set up and break down of mobile drive equipment. 
• Register Donors
• Perform interviews with donors, perform bag issues, and process whole blood bags. 
• Perform phlebotomy of Donors.
• Perform Component Processing which includes whole blood centrifugation, whole blood separation, processing lot information, and paperwork for lot release. 
• Perform any other duties that pertain to the donor center directed by management

 

This contract position offers: Ind.Other

• Full Time 40 hours per week
