What You'll Do: As a Medical Records Specialist, you'll play a vital role in processing patient health information with accuracy and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include: Handling requests for patient health information in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Ensuring confidentiality and security of privileged information.
Utilizing your strong communication and computer skills to deliver exceptional customer service.
Managing patient health records with meticulous attention to detail.
Adapting to a fast-paced environment and multitasking effectively to meet productivity expectations.
What We're Looking For: We're seeking individuals who are passionate about making a difference in healthcare. The ideal candidate will have: A high school diploma or GED.
Basic computer proficiency and strong data entry skills.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently.
Previous experience in a healthcare environment is a plus, but not required. We're more interested in your potential and willingness to learn!
