Insight Global is looking for Endpoint Service Deployment Technicians for one of our largest healthcare clients in the Cleveland, OH area. This person will : Work on-site in Cleveland, Ohio to provide comprehensive operational and technical Information Technology support to all Information Services users within the health system. * Answers questions or resolves mobility problems for customers in person, via telephone, or from remote locations to include use of remote access/assistance applications. * Provides new Information Technology equipment and services, relocates equipment, performs preventive maintenance, and maintains asset inventory on a routine basis. * Enters, tracks, and updates all assignments using the assigned Information Services project, problem, and asset management reporting systems. * Information Services mobility equipment consists of, but is not limited to: Pagers, iPhones, Cellular Phones, iPads, Vocera Badges, Iron Keys, personal communication devices, etc. * Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of the health system. "Mainly handling Verizon contract, deploying iphones, pagers, vocera, ironkey and MDM management" Minimum Requirements - Associate Degree in Computer Science or related field (OR an industry recognized IT, Telecom, or Electronics Certification) - 2+ years' experience in mobility support (4 years of work experience in lieu of degree/certification) - Working knowledge of computer/mobile equipment (computers, laptops, cellular phones, pagers, tablets, iron keys, etc.). - Working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems. - Working knowledge of computer/data network and telecom technologies. - Working knowledge of Microsoft products (O365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Access, Outlook) - Excellent Communication Skills & Superior Customer Service Skills - Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various MetroHealth sites/facilities. Desired Skills - Working knowledge of Project Management Principles - Experience with pagers, cellular and portable devices - Experience with Mobile Device Management Systems. - Experience with purchase and billing processes, and vendor relations. - Experience in large enterprise environments that include multiple site locations. - Knowledge of enterprise wireless networks. - Knowledge of SCCM Intune, MaaS360, AMCOM, Vocera, EPIC, Office 365, and GIVA. - Completed Microsoft Certification or coursework.
