Job Summary: BrightStar Care - Oshkosh/Fond Du Lac is seeking a reliable individual to join our team as a part-time individual contributor. This position will be responsible for providing high-quality healthcare and medical services to our clients in Menasha and the surrounding areas, specifically on Mondays and Fridays from 10 am to 1 pm. Compensation & Benefits: This position offers a competitive salary of $15 to $17 per hour, paid weekly. Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home healthcare and medical services to clients on Mondays and Fridays from 10 am to 1 pm
• Monitor clients' health status and communicate any changes to our registered nurse
• Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as dressing, eating and toileting
• Document all services provided and report any concerns or issues to the appropriate supervisor
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other members of the healthcare team

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare or medical setting
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Exceptional communication skills and a compassionate attitude towards clients
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
