Mondays and Fridays am- pm Winneconne

Job Summary: BrightStar Care Oshkosh/Fond Du Lac is seeking an individual to fill the position of Monday and Friday healthcare worker in Winneconne. This is a part-time, individual contributor role that requires working from 8 am to 2 pm on Mondays and Fridays. As a member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our clients in the Winneconne area. This position offers a competitive salary of $15 to $17 per hour, paid weekly. Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care services in accordance with individualized care plans
• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, feeding, and medication reminders
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and meal preparation
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care services provided
• Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare or caregiving role
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans closely
