Dean’s Professional Services is now hiring a qualified Office Coordinator to work in an Office Facility in Katy, TX.

The Office Coordinator I is responsible for ensuring an office runs smoothly and efficiently by managing daily operations and performing administrative tasks.
Job Duties :
- Managing schedules for conference and community spaces
- Monitoring and ordering inventory for office and break room supplies
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, mail, and packages
- Filing and organizing records, invoices, and other important documentation
- The position will require lifting/pulling up to 100 pounds and daily deliveries throughout the office.
- Assisting Facilities Lead Coordinator with daily tasks, and backup receptionist duties.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma – Required
- Minimum 3 years of office services/facilities coordinator experience.
- Efficient in Microsoft Office,
- Experience with FedEx ship manager, Pitney Bowes mailing, Microsoft TEAMS, and Brivo Security Access systems a plus.
- Possess strong professional etiquette.
- Strong digital literacy is required i.e. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Must have customer service experience.
- Must be fit as this job has a lot of walking and pushing/pulling carts and dolly's.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Starting at $15/hr. (based on experience) + benefits.
