The Operations Specialist serves as a primary process owner for multiple Operational functions and roles including: Service training enrollments, Matrix management across all service functions, Interview Coordination, REXIS back-office support and Service Histories. This role also serves as the primary point of contact for our Training & Development partnership, serving as an RSN advisor and functional partner for all service training needs. This role will function primarily within two business systems, REXIS (SalesForce) and Cornerstone and is required to be a trained Learning Expert within the Cornerstone system for service. This role will also cross train to support our technical writer organization and will report directly to the RSN Operations Manager.
The Opportunity:
Serve as the primary point of contact for our Training & Development partnership
Serve as a Cornerstone Learning Expert managing both service matrix updates and all enrollments for field and IPS
Support the ongoing development of improved T&D processes for our field teams
Executive daily service histories in support of the Service Support team
Ability to pivot and support back-office escalations within the REXIS system
Primary ownership of Interview Coordination
Cross training within the technical writer team to support documentation needs
Support harmonization of processes across RSN.
Who you are:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in general business
2 years project support experience
Participation in an approved college internship program may be considered in lieu of experience.
