Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

• Conduct behavioral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. 
• Provide therapeutic counseling services.  
• Collaborate with team members to ensure effective, quality treatment.

Qualifications:  

• Master’s degree in behavioral healthcare field 
• Fully licensed or license-eligible in the state of Virginia with the Board of Counseling  
• Minimum of 1 year experience providing therapeutic services  

Full-time hours up to 40 hours per week
Full-time pay range: Salary with Plus Pay Structure
