Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Patient Coordinator with exceptional organizational and service skills and a dedication to providing unparalleled patient care.

• 5 years of professional experience
• Ability to remain composed and collected in complicated or stressful situations
• Ability to perceive and understand the unique needs of each patient.
• A talent for effectively engaging with a diverse range of patients, including VIPs, high net worth individuals, and celebrities.
• Highly Preferred: Experience in the realm of Cosmetics and Plastic Surgery, and previous experience as a Patient Coordinator
• Working from the office 5 days per week in Manhattan

Job Responsibilities

• Take charge of coordinating the doctor's schedule with finesse, ensuring optimal efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Serve as the vital link between healthcare providers and patients, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the care journey.
• From initial scheduling to final discharge, orchestrate a seamless and comforting experience for every patient under your care.
