Payroll Manager (Healthcare) Location New York, NY (Financial District area) :

Job Title: Payroll Assistant Location: Manhattan, NY Duration: 13+ weeks Contract

Duties:

• Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees.
• Provide assistance in entering and paying all wage garnishments.
• Process property payroll transfer reports.
• Ensure benefits deductions are accurate.
• Conduct audits to ensure accuracy and maintain data integrity.
• Provide support to leadership team for various other accounting related projects.

Skills:

• 1 year experience.

Experience:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), QuickBooks and Pay Choice or Payroll Associates experience preferred.

Schedule Notes:

• Workers are to report onsite at either Bellevue, Lincoln, Elmurst, Jacobi, or Metropolitan.
• Candidate must be comfortable to cover Two boroughs

Minimum Degree Required: Completed High School (Diploma or GED)

Shift timings: 08:00 AM EST - 04:30 PM EST

Hours Per Day: 08.00

Hours Per Week: 40.00

Days Per Week: 05.00

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Salary: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
