• Med order review and entry
• Verification technician work

Position Requirements:

• AZ state Pharmacist license required
• Comfortable in a behavioral health environment
• Knowledge and experience of pharmacy practice
• Team Player Mentality 

Job Details:

• Dates of Coverage needed : April 15 th – 19 th & April 23 rd -24 th
• Coverage Hours needed : 8am – 4:30pm (may be some flexibility in the length of day); no on-call needed at this time
• Order Entry System: HCS
• Site Automation: Omnicell
• Dress Code: Black or maroon scrubs or business casual
