• Outpatient
• Verifying Orders 
• Checking Medications 

 

Position Requirements:

• Ohio local state Pharmacist license required
• Hospital inpatient pharmacy experience preferred
• Knowledge and experience of pharmacy practice
• Team Player Mentality 

Job Details:

• Dates of Coverage needed : June 16, 19 and 20; will have more
  Coverage Hours needed : 9 am – 5 pm
  No weekend or on-call coverage needed
