We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in a unique primary care role. In this role, you will: Play a vital role in comprehensive patient care: Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide physical therapy interventions for patients with various conditions, including acute and chronic injuries, pre and post-surgical needs, and more. Collaborate with a supportive team: Work alongside other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment. Become an expert in bleeding disorders: Receive comprehensive on-the-job training, including courses on bleeding disorders 101, research methodology, point-of-care musculoskeletal ultrasound, and advanced specialty training. Contribute to groundbreaking research: Participate in ongoing research studies dedicated to improving the care and management of patients with bleeding disorders. Utilize innovative technology: Utilize MSKUS to enhance your clinical decision-making and refine differential diagnoses. Embrace continuous learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in physical therapy and bleeding disorders through ongoing educational opportunities. Make a difference in the lives of others: Play a pivotal role in empowering patients with the knowledge and skills they need to manage their condition effectively and improve their quality of life. We are looking for a candidate with: A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree. A minimum of five years' experience as a physical therapist. A Washington State Physical Therapist license in good standing. A strong understanding of musculoskeletal anatomy and physiology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A commitment to patient-centered care and collaboration. A willingness to learn and utilize MSKUS. A passion for research and continuous learning.
