• $83K-$108K depending on experience + $10K sign-on bonus!

Requirements:

• Must have a valid PT license in NJ state.
• Must have a passion for manual rehabilitation

Responsibilities include:

• You will treat patients including: pre surgical, post-surgical, orthopedics, sports, etc.
• Diagnose patients and develop a treatment plan that meets their needs
• Implement and adjust patient treatment plans as needed
• Teach patients therapeutic exercises and techniques to help improve their condition

-15 patients an hour but only 1 Evaluation per day.
-We are an in-network company for insurance accepted.
- About 2 months for full caseload ramp up time
-Front office team answering phones and being a gatekeeper for your schedule
-PT Aides- College kids helping the clinic- cleaning equipment, “Teeing up” patients for PTs.
-Whatever you are passionate about in the field of PT we will 100% support you in achieving an advanced certification in that speciality as long as it is evidence based! (OCS, NCS, COMT, WOmens Health, Vestibular care, LSVT BIG program, Titleist Golf cert, SCS etc etc etc)
- New Grad Mentorship is now a 12 month program- Didactic learning and improving your manual skills treating XYZ condition against how your Mentor treats it and comparing and contrasting. Make you feel comfortable and confident in the clinic. Mentorship is for anyone with less than 1 year of outpatient experience. This program is not 13 th grade though….you still have a license and will be treating. For new grads 2 month ramp up. For veteran PTs who just need to get used to the EMR documentation—1 month.
-We use Raintree EMR. Been using for 15 years. PTs like it a lot.
-Clinics range in size from a normal 3-4 pt clinic all the way up to 12 clinicians.
- Our clinics are open area set ups for plenty of room for exercise, Evaluation rooms in all of them and great equipment selections.
- Size- What I love about our size is that we are large enough to give our employees stability (800 person company been around since 1980- HQ in Cranford New Jersey), opportunities for growth into leadership (Asst CLinical Director/ CLinical Director/Regional director- Oversees 5-10 clinics/ Regional President oversees 20-30 clinics/Part of our Executive team or to be a part of our Clinical excellence team (training other PTs on the best and newest research and development in your field)
- Patient care and compliance are everything to us. Check out our patient reviews and staff reviews on Glassdoor, Indeed, Google.
- Pay- Starting around 83-85k and going all the way up to 100k for a senior pt, 10k sign on bonus, ability to make 13k in bonus during the year for staying 100% in compliance, having great patient reviews and seeingXYZ amount of patients (I will talk to them about this)).
- Family is a term we use a lot. Our team members have been with us an average tenure of 9 years. This is pretty cool considering the burn out rates that unfortunately have hit healthcare EE’s recently. We go out to Top golf, happy hours, birthday parties etc—Second family and home away from home is what we preach. Our Therapists are bad ass and live to get better at their craft.
