Job Description:

• Title: Pre-Construction Manager.
• Preferably 15+ years of experience, preferably with larger GCs in similar projects.
• Will consider candidates with 5 years of relevant experience if they demonstrate talent and intelligence.
• Ground-up healthcare experience is highly desired, renovation experience is a plus.
• Must be capable of selling, planning, leading, and organizing.
• Long-term goal is to build a team under this manager to manage the pipeline of projects.
• Familiarity with software such as Prolog, Onscreen Takeoff, and BlueBeam is required.
• Full-time position, in-office Monday to Friday.
