Primary Care Physician

Catapult Healthcare is hiring multiple primary care physicians to join our partner health systems practices in Ohio at 4 different locations. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an outpatient primary care practice and the ability to see patients 18 years and up. Additional Information:
-Primary Care Physician will be seeing between 15-20 patients per day.
-Facility offers a $100 transition payment to physicians who have completed their residency within the past 12 months
-Competitive total comp package that includes quality metric incentives and a $40,000 bonus. Requirements:
-Board Certification: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (will accept BE w/in 5 yrs residency)
-BLS (American Heart Association)
