Project Manager- Commercial Construction

Position Overview: The Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from conception to completion. They must be able to effectively communicate with project stakeholders, manage resources, and coordinate with teams to ensure successful project completion. The Project Manager will also be responsible for tracking progress, identifying and managing risks, and ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project teams to ensure successful project completion
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Track project progress and provide updates to stakeholders
• Identify and manage project risks and issues
• Develop and deliver presentations to stakeholders
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with project management software
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
