What You Will Be Doing

• Oversee meetings from time to time. 
  
• Manage and provide guidance on the job site.
  
• Ensure quality standards are met.
  
• Identify and implement methods for achieving cost savings when possible.
  
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with owners, architects, engineers, etc..

What You Need for this Position

• 5+ years of steel industry experience 
  
• 5+ years of managing construction projects, ideally relating to steel 
  
• Strong planning and problem-solving skills
  
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
  
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and subcontractors
