Quality Assurance Leads ensure that our Call Center team is committed to continued education and improvement. They are responsible for continually reviewing Call Center procedures and data to ensure their efficiency, and assisting Call Center employees in reaching their goals.

Job Summary: The Call Center Quality Assurance Lead will work directly with call center leadership to monitor lead setting calls and provide coaching to Call Center Agents. This individual will also assist in the development of new and current Call Center Agents.

What You’ll Do:

• Monitor/review real-time and recorded incoming and outgoing calls, coaching representatives to perfect their skills. 
• Pull reports & reviews daily, weekly and quarterly goals with the applicable staff to include Call Center Manager and Executive Staff.
• Trains and coaches newly hired call center staff.
• Verify new appointments, as well as customer addresses using property search, homeownership status, and appointment products.  

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years of call center and customer service experience.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize appropriately. 
• Effective corporate communication skills.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office 365.
