Job Description - Real Estate Squad Leader, Indiana

As a Real Estate Agent Squad Leader on Elite Icon Team, you will lead a dedicated team of 3-4 agents, serving as their primary mentor, support resource, and a beacon of excellence within our rapidly growing real estate team. Your role will be instrumental in enhancing team collaboration, accountability, and overall performance. You are an elite producer and will be supported as such. At Elite Icon Team, we are professional and supportive, and our goal is to teach, train and provide tools and resources to help Realtors accomplish their goals through a collaborative working environment. We have a full support staff in place to ensure every transaction flows smoothly. We communicate with clients every step of the way to make certain that they are in the loop with every step of the process. In short, we take the stress out of complex real estate transactions for both our agents and our clients. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $72,000.00 - $307,000.00 per year Squad Leader Responsibilities

  • Mentor and coach a squad of 3-4 real estate agents, providing guidance, support, and resources to help them achieve their sales targets and career goals.
  • Conduct daily accountability meetings with squad members to review performance, address questions, and provide ongoing training and development.
  • Collaborate closely with the team leader to align on goals, strategies, and initiatives to drive team success.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, ethical conduct, and productivity in all aspects of real estate transactions.
  • Act as a conduit between squad members and the team leader, facilitating communication and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Your Duties as an Agent
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
  • Provide guidance and support throughout the entire real estate transaction process
  • Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
  • Create and maintain listings of available properties
  • Show properties to potential buyers or tenants
  • Market and advertise properties through various channels
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
  • Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and other necessary steps in the transaction process
  • Stay up-to-date with real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
Squad Leader Qualifications and Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed real estate agent, with a proven track record of success (minimum of 20 transactions per year).
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, including collaboration, humility, ethics, excellence, productivity, and coachability.
  • Full-time commitment to real estate, with a passion for mentoring and developing others.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Proficiency in real estate technologies and CRM systems.
Your Skills as an Agent
  • Strong knowledge of real estate administrative procedures and processes
  • Familiarity with real estate law and regulations
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
  • Understanding of Fair Housing regulations to ensure compliance in all transactions
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Administrative abilities to handle paperwork, contracts, and other documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Ability to analyze market trends and provide insights to clients for informed decision-making
  • Strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
