Construction Recruiter

We are recruiting for individuals that enjoy conducting phone interviews and resume searches as well as networking with industry professionals. This individual will be adept at building relationships to maintain a strong candidate pipeline. Above all we know what our clients need & what our candidates can do and it’s our role to bring them together. Having basic knowledge of the construction industry is preferred but not required.

Job Responsibilities

• Data mining individuals on the newest company paid software
• Warm and cold calling to targeted potential industry professionals
• Review and understand the search requirements
• Screen passive and active candidates to identify the best candidates for the open search
• Update the client on the search progress
• Present the candidates to management and/or the client for review
• Provide candidates continued support through the interview process and onboarding

Desired Qualifications

• Great listening skills and the ability to capture that information so that it can be acted on
• Someone that is entrepreneurial and has a strong desire to succeed
• Someone that can communicate well on the phone as well as via email or text
• Someone with sales experience
• Someone that loves the thrill of the hunt and is motivated to earn high commissions
• Experience managing B2B sales is preferred
• A Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relatable experience
