A Regional Director – Healthcare Center Operations contributes to AHF by providing effective leadership for the non-clinical operations of healthcare centers within the assigned region. This includes overseeing the success of practice managers, supporting nursing and medical provider staff, ensuring employee and patient retention, optimizing financial performance, and enhancing client experience. The Regional Director plays a critical role in achieving AHF's north star of census growth through outreach, retention, and ensuring a seamless client experience.

By collaborating with various regional leaders, including medical and nursing directors, the director ensures that healthcare center performance aligns with quality of care, patient retention, client satisfaction, and financial goals. Additionally, the director promotes standardization and consistency in processes, actively participates in system enhancements, and fosters a client-centric approach to elevate AHF's services and programs.

AHF has a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders.

The Regional Director – Healthcare Center Operations will work as a part of a close-knit team to drive organizational performance and priorities. The director will actively engage in coaching and developing practice managers, resolving operational issues, and working closely with the regional nursing director to jointly oversee the site-level nurse managers and practice managers effective management of AHF's cross-functional support staff to deliver on AHF’s mission.
