Registered Nurse - Mesa, AZ

We are seeking a Dedicated and Compassionate Registered Nurses to join our clients team at their  Behavioral Health Hospital in the Mesa, AZ area . Shift: 7:00am-7:00pm (Saturday, Sunday, Monday) Pay: Starting at $42/hour + years of experience  Sign on Bonus: $15k sign on bonus

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the interdisciplinary team
• Provide emotional support and therapeutic communication to patients and families
• Develop and implement nursing care plans that address patients' physical, emotional, and psychological needs
• Document patient care and progress notes accurately and timely
• Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients by following hospital policies and procedures
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
• Provide patient education on medication management, coping strategies, and self-care

Requirements:

• Must have unencumbered license in the state of Arizona or compact state
• Must be able to work 12’s
