RN Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Inspire and Lead: Manage our nursing staff by overseeing schedules, delegating tasks, and evaluating performance to ensure they excel.
• Mentor and Develop: Foster a team of skilled nurses by providing adequate training and ensuring competence.

RN Manager Qualifications:

• RN License: Possess a current RN license.
• Long-Term Care Experience: Bring a minimum of 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care.
• Unit Management Acumen: Demonstrate at least 2 years of Unit Management experience.
• Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills are essential.
• Communication Pro: Display excellent verbal and written communication skills.
