Our School of Nursing is expanding, with graduate program offerings extending across multiple states. Primary Responsibilities: Uphold professional teaching standards in both classroom and clinical settings.
Develop and submit course syllabi in alignment standards.
Engage students through innovative teaching methods and technology.
Collaborate effectively with faculty and contribute to school initiatives.
Mentor, tutor, and advise students to support their academic success.
Stay current in nursing and educational practices through continuous learning.
Contribute to program evaluation and student outcomes assessment.
Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's Degree in Nursing preferred.
Minimum of two years full-time clinical experience as a registered nurse.
Proficiency in teaching principles for adult education, including curriculum development and evaluation.
Active, unrestricted nursing license in Tennessee or an eNLC compact state.
Preferred experience in secondary instruction.
