Healthcare Recovery /ERISA Litigation Associate

Position Overview: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Healthcare Recovery/ERISA Litigation Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in both healthcare recovery and ERISA litigation, with a strong background in representing clients in both state and federal courts. 

Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of healthcare recovery and ERISA litigation matters from inception to resolution.

Conduct legal research and analysis on complex legal issues related to healthcare reimbursement, ERISA regulations, and insurance coverage disputes.

Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.

Prepare for and participate in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.

Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members.

Provide strategic guidance and counsel to clients on legal matters pertaining to healthcare recovery and ERISA litigation.

Stay informed of developments in healthcare law, ERISA regulations, and relevant legal precedents.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. 

Admission to the California state bar in good standing.

3+ years of experience practicing law with a focus on healthcare recovery and/or ERISA litigation.

Proven track record of success in handling healthcare reimbursement and ERISA litigation matters.

Strong understanding of state and federal court procedures and rules of evidence.

Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $200,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
