Job Description - Healthcare Sales Advisor

We're on the lookout for a motivated and ambitious individual to step into the role of Healthcare Sales Advisor within our sales department. As a Healthcare Sales Advisor, your primary focus will be guiding potential clients to choose the best-fit products tailored to their needs and fostering enduring client relationships. This role promises ample room for growth and is driven by performance. Working as a Healthcare Sales Advisor, you'll have the chance to influence lives positively. By engaging directly with a diverse clientele—ranging from self-employed individuals to small business owners—across the nation, you'll assist them in accessing innovative and cost-effective business and benefit solutions. This position involves virtual client meetings, typically conducted via platforms like Zoom or Meets. With a growing demand for our offerings amidst today's social and economic landscape, our team is expanding swiftly. This is a full-time, office-based role, and remote options are not currently available. Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential for all applicants. We offer a competitive compensation package, including weekly commissions, bonuses, and incentives, with a First Year OTE of $100,000. Qualifications: Excellent English communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Proficiency in computer usage.
Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Commitment to ethical practices; no tolerance for high-pressure tactics.
Responsibilities: Utilize CRM platforms to track and follow up on leads.
Deliver product presentations and secure sales.
Nurture long-term relationships with clients.
Collaborate with colleagues to meet sales targets.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
