Healthcare Staffing Recruiter

As an Independent Contractor in the healthcare recruitment field, you'll have the chance to showcase your talent sourcing, interviewing, and placing healthcare professionals. We specialize in various healthcare roles and provide an environment where you can thrive and grow your business. Responsibilities: Source, recruit, and screen healthcare professionals such as Physicians, Providers, RNs, Counselors, and allied healthcare staff.
Build and maintain strong candidate relationships, both active and passive.
Collaborate with strategic partners to fulfill open roles efficiently.
Additional Duties: Develop effective sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
Utilize online resources and professional networks for candidate prospecting.
Deliver exceptional customer service to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications: Possess or in the process of establishing a legal business entity.
Minimum 4 years of experience in full-cycle healthcare recruiting; agency experience preferred.
Proficiency in recruiting tools and sourcing techniques.
Familiarity with healthcare verticals and open-source sourcing methods.
US Citizenship required.
Understanding of the military community is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic.
Proficient with Google Suite applications.
Location: U.S.A. or OCONUS
