Your Role: As a Remote Labor Relations Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in our mission by providing expert guidance and support to our HR Partner Organization and collective bargaining teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while making a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry. What You'll Do: Consult on a wide range of labor relations activities, offering strategic solutions and problem-solving expertise.
Keep a pulse on labor market conditions and provide recommendations to adapt and respond effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and promote positive employee relations.
Utilize your analytical skills to gather and interpret data, identifying trends and telling compelling stories.
Provide guidance on regulatory compliance and employment laws, ensuring adherence to best practices.
What You'll Bring: A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on labor relations or consulting.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications.
Experience with dashboard analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
