About the Role:
As a Long-Term Care Pharmacist, you will: Provide specialized clinical pharmacy services tailored to the unique needs of LTC residents.

What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have: A PharmD degree from an accredited pharmacy program.
Experience in long-term care pharmacy.
A state pharmacy license in good standing (remote work eligibility).
