Manager, Application Development

ProCare Pharmacy LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Scottsdale, AZ: Manager, Application Development to design and develop enterprise software applications and platforms. Duties include: develop software solutions to meet business requirements and manage project execution to ensure adherence to schedule and scope; determine feasibility of solutions design and prepare technical design documentation; plan stages of application development to improve functionality and features with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability; write and review high quality code and perform unit and/or automation testing; confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems; monitor progress milestones and deliverables; support applications, systems, and databases used to process prescriptions, claims, and related healthcare activities; collaborate with crossfunctional teams on applications development, technical requirements, code review, project deliverables, quality assurance, and software development best practices; and mentor junior team members. See Required Qualifications:
Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Also requires two (2) years of experience with each of the following: CI/CD, Jenkins, GIT, or DevOps; Java, Python, or Node.js; XML, JSON, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript; Spring Boot micro-services; Designing and developing REST based web services; Angular, JavaScript, React, jQuery, Ajax, Bootstrap, or Backbone; Writing unit and integration tests; and Testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting.
