Position Title: Mortgage Loan Officer We are currently seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to join our dynamic team. As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will play a pivotal role in guiding potential clients through the mortgage loan process, assisting with both purchase and refinance transactions. Responsibilities:
- Originate new home loans, fostering strong relationships with clients.
- Utilize internet responses to engage with customers and maintain lasting connections.
- Respond promptly to high-priority leads, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Conduct consultations, analyze credit profiles and financial situations, and provide tailored solutions.
- Structure loan packages to maximize benefits for borrowers.
- Manage the loan application process, including credit analysis, document requests, and seamless handoff to the processing team. Qualifications and Experience:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service.
- Meticulous organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
- NMLS licensing is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a mortgage loan officer.
