Exhibit exceptional customer service skills, ensuring prompt resolution of inquiries. Collaborate with both internal and external service providers to uphold program policies. Stay informed about payer and reimbursement trends to optimize support strategies. Fulfill other assigned duties as necessary. Requirements: High school diploma or GED. Minimum 3 years of experience in medical administration. At least 6 months of remote work experience. Access to high-speed internet and a distraction-free workspace.
