Join us as a Senior Web Application Development Lead and take charge of coordinating and managing the development of impactful software solutions that elevate healthcare quality. You'll oversee the entire lifecycle of web application development, working closely with talented cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and project success. Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements, goals, and timelines.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including task breakdowns, milestones, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with a diverse team of web developers, designers, and content creators to ensure project success.
Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to foster team growth.
Design and develop user-friendly interfaces using industry-standard tools and technologies.
Act as the primary point of contact for project updates and stakeholder communication.
Provide regular progress reports, address concerns, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure websites meet accessibility standards and function seamlessly across various devices and browsers.
Troubleshoot and resolve web application issues and bugs promptly.
Maintain detailed project documentation to track progress and manage change requests effectively. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Proven experience in web application development, project management, and coordination roles.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Previous supervisory experience, with the ability to lead and mentor team members.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and software development tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with electronic medical records or other healthcare-related information systems.
Knowledge of coding taxonomies used in healthcare billing and electronic medical records (e.g., ICD-10 codes, CPT-4 codes).
Familiarity with cloud-based system development and deployment.
