RN Acute Rehab

This is a 12hour shift three days each week with the shift schedule being from 07:00 19:30 total of 36 hours per week. RN Acute Rehab with Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification 2 professional references. The allinclusive hourly nonlocal pay rate for this position is $58.69/hr encompassing a taxable component of $49.86/hr along with a per diem of $8.83/hr Non Local Reward: $7.80/hr.. Work Location: 19333 W. North Ave Brookfield WI 53045 . Local Rates (Below 50Miles): $46.70/hr.

Roles and amp; Responsibilities

• Implements and monitors patient care plans.
• Monitors records and communicates patient condition as appropriate. and nbsp;
• Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for wellcoordinated patient care.
• Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
• Assesses and coordinates patients discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
• Complexity of Work: Within scope of job requires critical thinking skills decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment.
• Personal Protective Equipment: Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

Minimum Qualifications

• EOW EOH; long term care med/surg at least 1 successful travel assignment for 12 weeks EPIC
• May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed
