Summary

• Department: and nbsp; and nbsp;Cardiovascular Unit
• Shift Timings: 07:00 19:30 Hours Monday to Friday 3 days 12 hours shift
• Per Week: 36 Hours
• Medical/Surgical Neurovascular/Renal Unit 38 beds No drip titrations. Lab collects blood specimens. RNs start IVs but IV team available for additional support. No performing EKGs or discontinuing sheaths. Telemetry with remote monitoring. Ceil Blue scrubs Cerner OneChart.

Roles and amp; Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for wellcoordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
