Join our dynamic team in Jersey City, New Jersey, where we are currently seeking a talented Sales Executive specialized in Healthcare Provider IT Sales. ### About the Role As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in generating, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities at the C-Level decision-maker level. This is a hunter-type sales role ideal for someone with a proven track record of success in the Managed Services / Professional Services space, specifically within the Healthcare Provider industry. ### Key Responsibilities - Sales and Business Development: Sell complex managed services, full IT outsourcing solutions, application services, and industry-specific solutions including regulatory compliance, digital, mobile, transformational services, and application management/support. - Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within large national Healthcare Provider accounts, demonstrating successful deal closures and a deep understanding of client needs. - Strategic Sales: Design and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales quotas, demonstrating strategic agility in interfacing with and influencing C-level executives. - Market Insights: Apply deep understanding of business, financials, service offerings, and market needs/challenges to develop compelling value propositions and drive sales growth. - Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed annual sales quotas of $8 million in Revenue and $16 million in Total Contract Value (TCV). ### Qualifications - Experience: Minimum of 12 years in IT Services sales and/or professional services sales, with at least 5 years of experience selling into Healthcare Provider clients. - Industry Knowledge: Recognized expertise in Healthcare Provider service solutions with a passion for improving healthcare and patient outcomes. - Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong executive presence.
