Job Description:

We are currently seeking experienced and skilled Commercial Flooring Installers to join our team in Indianapolis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial flooring installation including the ability to work with various materials such as carpet vinyl laminate hardwood and tile. This position will involve working on a variety of projects including offices retail spaces healthcare facilities and more.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

Install commercial flooring materials according to project specifications and industry standards.

Prepare subfloors and ensure they are clean level and properly prepped for installation.

Measure and cut flooring materials accurately to fit the designated space.

Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Communicate effectively with project managers clients and team members to ensure successful project completion.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial flooring installation.

Proficiency in installing various types of flooring materials including carpet LVP/T and Sheet vinyl.

Proficient in applying different types of adhesives.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce highquality workmanship.

Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional weekends as needed.
